I’ve been a member since January 2023 and since that moment I love this gym. I was introduced to Strong and Shapely by my personal trainer Pedro Reyes. He was persistent on helping me meet my body goals by focusing on meals and workouts. The Shapely team is always friendly, and the facility is kept to part. Paul the owner ensures he keeps the members up to date with any gym modifications and cares about our opinions/ recommendations.
